Workflow
ReloAssist lets you automate many repetitive tasks, such as reminders for Move Coordinators. Workflow can be defined based on different "Job Types",with user-defined business rules determining who will get alerts and when. Reminders can be escalated to ensure prompt action.
Correspondence
Providing tight integration with MS Word, MS Outlook and OpenOffice, ReloAssist allows users to produce documents and email from templates at the click of a button. A full history of all correspondence is maintained.
Financials
ReloAssist can generate invoices, both one-off and recurring. Consolidated invoicing is also available. ReloAssist will also record your costs to produce Profit & Loss and Margin reports on every move, ensuring you maintain control of your finances.
